Great keyword technique! Some people find it confusing when it comes with the percentage range. Opinions of other people really vary. But, if you can see, the only important here is to make your writing natural. Remember, audiences visit your page because the usefulness of your article and not plainly because of the keyword.

Another way to insert your keyword is in your comments. If you missed to write a keyword, you can make a comment using the keyword in the comment.

I am teaching a series of classes on writing keyword rich and relevant posts in my blogging class. I taught the first one last Monday, and will be following up this week. I might be quoting your blog. I will be back here when I am preparing my class.
It was a lot of fun teaching this class where we had a major brainstorming session on how to write a nice post using keywords in the content area that actually made an informative post.
Your blog certainly gives a lot of valuable information.

Nice post Luca.

I agree that you should put your audience first and search engine second. When you write for your readers, Google will automatically give you high rankings because Google loves to list the pages that provide value in their search results.

Also when you are writing naturally, you will tend to include LSI keywords without your conscious. This will help a lot in SE.
