What Do Honest Internet Marketers and Honest Politicians Have In Common?
- They’re both difficult to find.
- They both like to help their communities
- They both over deliver on their products and services
It may be difficult to find honest Internet Marketers and Politicians these days but they are out there. You just need to sort out the bad from the good. That’s not always an easy task. This is the criteria I use when determining if an Internet Marketer or Politician is honest and trustworthy.
- Gives me the information I’m looking for without a lot of hype
- Over delivers – gives more than asked for
- Gives back to their community
Once you find these people make sure to follow them, learn from them, promote them and share them with other people in your own community.
Here’s my short list of Honest Internet Marketers:
Doug Champigny – over delivers, great teacher, mentor, gives back
Eric Holmlund – over delivers, great teacher, mentor, gives back
Mike Paetzold – over delivers, great teacher, mentor, gives back
Alex Sysoef – over delivers, great teacher, mentor, gives back
I’m sure that there are many more honest internet marketers out there but these are the one’s that have helped me and influenced me the most in my online business. If you don’t know them yet then I urge you to get to know them.
Here’s my short list of Honest Politicians:
The one and only – Hazel McCallion – Mayor of Mississauga, Ontario Canada – tough, honest, respectful – her favorite line “don’t promise what you can’t deliver”
I don’t talk politics on this blog but I wanted to share this video of Mayor Hazel McCallion. We should all strive to be like her.

When I read the headline, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to continue reading…’Honest Politian’? Those two words together are an oxymoron, they just don’t go together.
As I read further, your mention of the 4 marketers is absolutely right on. I follow all four and can attest to their honesty and integrity.

Give you high marks on intriguing title. Not sure I share the common prejudice against politicians. I know many who are honest and fair, and I’m not afraid to stand up and say so. Nonetheless, your pick of marketers was solid. I share your assessment of all four.

Good list of great Marketers. I agree that following marketers that you know that you can trust is important. But you still need to watch out for new ones to add to your list. Not many Politicians could be put on my list.

I agree with Alex being on the list. The other IM that has influenced me greatly is James Schramko (http://www.internetmarketingspeed.com – he’s one of the nicest, most down-to-earth guys around.

Thanks for your kind words. I have been practicing Internet Marketing for quite some time now. I am far from where I want to be. One thing I really enjoy about this type of business is that you can learn something new every day. It is never boring.
It has taken along time to find people who I trust, and who just did not take my money and run with it.
I am getting to know who Doug C. is through your blog, and all the great comments that he leaves. That is really meaningful when the mentors actually get out there and visit your sites and take an active interest in what you are doing.
I hope so much that the next time Alex has a meeting I can go and meet him in person. It would be awesome to see who is attending and increase my knowledge and meet like minded people.

I have to confess I have not had any contact with your four recommended honest I.M.s but I will sure check them out.So far the most Honest marketeer I have come across so far is Holly Mann with what I consider one of the best training manuals http://www.HonestRiches.com.
I have read it about five times and it has given me a lot of answers I could not get elsewhere.
